Do you need to apply for a Grant of Probate? Our Certified Executor Advisors have more than 35 years combined of estate administration experience and are happy to help. Our probate package includes drafting of the application for the Grant of Probate for submission to the Surrogate Court but may include other aspects, such as dealing with Land Titles, financial institutions, etc.. This package includes an initial consultation with one of our Certified Executor Advisors, after which an accurate quote can be given. Engage us to do all that is required for the application to be completed (ie. locating beneficiaries, corresponding with the banks, obtaining appraisals for items, property rights or real estate, advertising for creditors, etc.) or simply engage us to draft the application for the Grant of Probate.

Cancellation Policy

Next Step Executor Services has a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If you miss your appointment, cancel or change your appointment (with the exception of changing from an in person meeting to an online or telephone meeting) with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $125.00 cancellation fee. This policy is out of respect for our Certified Executor Advisors and our clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice, or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to meet with us. As most appointments require full payment or a deposit to be paid at the time of booking, if you cancel without giving us 24 hours minimum notice, we will refund the balance of the deposit less the $125.00 cancellation fee and a $5.00 processing fee.
