Service Description

Are you or your spouse/partner preparing for death? Our Certified Executor Advisors can assist you with your estate planning by preparing your Will, Enduring Power of Attorney, Personal Directive as well as any Land Titles transfers and/or Rollovers while working with a Certified Professional Accountant to minimize your estate's tax burden and need for probate. We can also coordinate with insurance professionals which may be an option to cover the taxes triggered by your death. Pricing starts at $1,295.95 for a couple. In order to qualify as a couple, you must be married or common law partners. Fees include an initial 1.5 hour consultation with one of our Certified Executor Advisors, after which an accurate breakdown of cost will be provided to you. Note: our fees do not include fees of other professionals engaged (ie. Insurance brokers or Accountants).

Cancellation Policy

Next Step Executor Services has a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If you miss your appointment, cancel or change your appointment (with the exception of changing from an in person meeting to an online or telephone meeting) with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $125.00 cancellation fee. This policy is out of respect for our Certified Executor Advisors and our clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice, or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to meet with us. As most appointments require full payment or a deposit to be paid at the time of booking, if you cancel without giving us 24 hours minimum notice, we will refund the balance of the deposit less the $125.00 cancellation fee and a $5.00 processing fee.
