Service Description

The Surrogate Court has issued you the Grant of Probate, but you don't know what your next step is, our Certified Executor Advisors have more than 35 years combined estate administration experience and are happy to help. Our post-probate services (also known as estate administration services) start at $495.95 and can include, but are not limited to, the creation of the transmission of land into the Executor's name on behalf of the deceased, completing the transmission/transfer of shares, completing applications that require the grant of probate, obtaining appraisals of personal property and or interests in land, preparing beneficiary release forms, etc. This package includes an initial consultation with one of our Certified Executor Advisors, after which an accurate quote for the services required can be given. Engage us to do all that is required after the Grant of Probate is issued or simply engage us to do one or two tasks that you need assistance or guidance with.

Cancellation Policy

Next Step Executor Services has a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If you miss your appointment, cancel or change your appointment (with the exception of changing from an in person meeting to an online or telephone meeting) with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $125.00 cancellation fee. This policy is out of respect for our Certified Executor Advisors and our clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice, or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to meet with us. As most appointments require full payment or a deposit to be paid at the time of booking, if you cancel without giving us 24 hours minimum notice, we will refund the balance of the deposit less the $125.00 cancellation fee and a $5.00 processing fee.
